There was ostensibly some carping about the amount of time he has to spend on set, but I think that at least 80% of Mando’s physical performance is done by a stunt actor (fun trivia, that stunt actor is John Wayne’s grandson!), so Pascal really doesn’t have to be on set that much anyhow. Probably just some pre-contract-extension blustering, is my guess.
