It’s time to fall into an all-new Toy News Tuesday! We’re the one weekly column right here on ScienceFiction.com where we seek out all of the awesome news you need to know about any announcements and cool happenings in the toy industry and put them all in one easy to find place for you!
It is officially fall and the only thing on our minds is how close we are to New York Comic Con! The biggest pop culture event on the east coast of the United States, New York Comic Con 2019, is just days away and we couldn’t possibly be more hype about it! We are looking forward to all of the astounding new announcements from all of our favorite companies, and can’t wait to see what surprises they have in store for us! In the meantime? This week we have some great new stuff to show you from our friends at Diamond Select Toys, DC Collectibles, Super7, and more! It may not be NYCC yet, but there is still plenty to love about the Toy News for the week of September 24, 2019!
Super7 Heads To NYCC With Super Exclusives
The crew at Super7 are super hyped for New York Comic Con 2019! So much so, that this week they announced a whole catalog’s worth of new convention exclusive collectibles! This year for New York Comic Con 2019 Super7 has plenty of new items from many our favorite corners of popular culture including Universal Monsters, Robocop, Rocky, Masters Of The Universe, and even their own original toyline- ‘The Worst’.

The new line is set to retail for just $14.99 each, with the wave including Chairry, Conky, Magic Screen, Captain Carl, a 2-pack of Randy and Billy Baloney, and of course Pee Wee Herman himself! Each figure is packaged in retro style packaging that also features a cut out piece of a diorama that you can put together if you buy the whole set. These are up for preorder now!
