Marvel’s ‘What If…?’ Season 2 Is Coming To Disney+ In December

We’ve known for a while now that the first season of the animated Disney+ show, Marvel’s “What If…?,” was getting a follow-up season. Today, Disney and Marvel have confirmed the new season’s release date, along with some additional fun information about the release schedule of the individual episodes. Read on for more info! Starting its life in comic-book form back in 1977, Marvel’s series told alternate-reality tales about heroes and characters that readers knew well. The first issue was titled “What if… Spider-Man Joined the Fantastic Four?” and it set the precedent that readers would be seeing, essentially, the early stages of what would eventually become known as The Multiverse. Now that the stories have shifted onto the television screen with the first season of “What If…?,” the tales being told are directly connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and its version of classic Marvel characters. The nine episodes in the inaugural season revolved around tales of alternate versions of The Avengers, Black Panther, Ultron, Doctor Strange, zombies, and more! Try And Find All The Disney Characters Featured In The New ‘Wreck-It Ralph 2’ Trailer

Disney never really does anything halfway when it comes to its new movie releases, but it’s clear that they wanted to pull out all the stops with the very meta-aware ‘Wreck-It Ralph 2: Ralph Breaks the Internet.’ We’ve known for a while now that main character Vanellope meets all the Disney Princesses in a never-before-done gathering of the animated royalty, but the newest trailer for the film gives us a glimpse at dozens of more Disney characters that will apparently also be making cameo appearances in the film. Before we give you a rundown of all the characters we saw (and yes, we’ve watched and paused this video several times today), take a look at the new trailer: You’ve still got the awesome focus on the Princess Party, of course, but through Vanellope and Ralph visiting the “Oh My Disney” site on the internet, they get immediate exposure to lots more of the animated giant’s sizable roster. The New Trailer & Poster For ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi’ Are Here!

After what seems like an agonizingly long wait (but was, in reality, just a few short months), we’ve been gifted a new trailer for this Winter’s sure-fire blockbuster ‘Star Wars: The Last Jedi.’ Premiering during halftime of tonight’s Monday Night Football game (airing on ESPN, a Disney-owned channel), the trailer brings us a much-anticipated deeper look at the film. Without any further ado, let’s jump in and take a peek: Luke Skywalker’s peaceful and solitary existence gets upended when he meets Rey, a young woman who shows strong signs of the Force. Narrated largely by Supreme Leader Snoke, the vibe of the trailer is a stark contrast to the previous teaser, narrated on the “other side” by Luke Skywalker. There’s a serious emphasis on Kylo Ren and his relationship to Rey, as Luke seems to be clearly indicating that Ren was the “powerful force” that destroyed what Luke was working towards with his Jedi training school. VIDEO: The Final Trailer For The New ‘The Mist’ TV Series Has Arrived!

Summer is traditionally a time when many TV networks “go quiet” with their new programming since they feel that families traveling and enjoying the season may not be able to keep up on new episodes of shows (and give the networks the ratings they desire). For entrepreneuring cable networks, however, the “counter-culture” aspect of programming means that many of them actually target the Summer months to unleash their new content, when there is obviously a dearth of competition. Such is what the Spike TV network has chosen to with ‘The Mist,’ its new horror/drama series. The cable network seems to be choosing its words very carefully when it comes to the show: all of their promo material makes very sure to say “From a story by Stephen King,” and not simply “Stephen King’s The Mist” or some variation thereof. But this is probably done with good reason: fans who have read the book or seen the 2007 big-screen adaptation know to expect certain things from the story, but it seems that Spike may be focusing on other aspects in their version. Here’s a New ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Clip And Three Hi-Res Images!

Your friendly neighborhood Spider-Man will be swinging his way into theaters very soon, with the impending release of the joint Sony/Marvel Pictures effort ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming.’ As is the case with most major motion-picture releases, the amount of information, clips, and celebrity appearances will be ramping up significantly in the coming weeks – which is always fun for fans, because that usually means new looks the the film for us! ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ will be no different, and the process has definitely already begun. Last week, Marvel graced us with not one but two new trailers for the movie, and now we’ve got a new clip as well, courtesy of ‘The Ellen Show.’ Michael Keaton, who plays the film’s lead villain, Adrian Toomes aka The Vulture, stopped by to chat with Ellen about filming the movie, working with the Marvel types as opposed to doing a DC film (‘Batman’) a few decades ago, and more. As they say, it’s the end of the world as we know it… but if you’re not feeling fine, it might be because you’re succumbing to the vampire virus. If you live in the world of ‘The Strain,’ the sweet series on the FX television network based on the books co-written by Guillermo del Toro and Chuck Hogan, then turning into a bloodsucking member of the undead is an all-too-real threat. For the last three seasons, the humans have fought valiantly against the Strigoi, but they did get a late jump on trying to correct the apocalyptic course, and as Season 4 gets ready to begin, it’s certainly looking like it will be too little, too late for the good guys. They can certainly be a mixed bag – some are just slapped-together cash-grabs, others legitimately understand and work to build upon their source material. The more we see of HBO’s upcoming adaptation of ‘Westworld,’ the more excited we get to check it out. The previously-released teaser, showing the first footage of the long-delayed series based on the 1973 Michael Crichton novel of the same name, definitely intrigued many fans. Behold The Official Full Synopsis For ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story!’

Earlier today, Disney released a 16-second preview of the next trailer for ‘Rogue One: A Star Wars Story,’ in advance of showing the full trailer during Thursday night’s Olympic coverage on television. While the short clip did have a few new things to see, 16 seconds goes by in the blink of an eye! Fortunately, Disney has also released their “full” synopsis of the film today, to help tide us over until the release of the full trailer. While there is nothing spectacularly new here, the final sentence of the first paragraph may be telegraphing the “vibe” of the film a bit, as there has been much speculation recently in regards to how much of the film was reshot, and why. It sounds like the focus remains firmly planted on the long-time Star Wars mission of “there’s always hope” and being a part of something bigger than your individual self.
