Constantine wants to “raise some Hell” when DC’s ‘Legends of Tomorrow‘ returns to The CW on April 1st, 2019 and with the demonic dog that pops up halfway through, it looks like he’ll get his wish! For only having a 30-second runtime, this promo is packed to the gills with details about the mid-season premiere. Constantine changed the past in the last episode and we’re getting hints at how some of that may play out here.
What is fun about the episode is that the team will be heading back to the ’60s, but we quickly learn that there is more to the story as the “Men in Black” are once again referenced.
The first episode when ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ returns to the small screen is titled “BELIEVE IT OR NOT.” Here’s the synopsis:
When the Legends hear that Mona (Roman Young) has let a fugitive go, they must head to 1961 Mexico City to clean up her mess. Mona tries to convince the Legends and the Bureau that the people responsible for releasing the fugitive were some mysterious Men in Black and not her. With no evidence to back up her theory, the Legends must decide if they should trust her and go against the Bureau. Meanwhile, Nate (Nick Zano) and Zari (Tala Ashe) go on a recon mission to find out what Hank (guest star Tom Wilson) might be hiding from everyone.
You can’t help but wonder how much the Bureau is going to factor into the upcoming season, but chances are they’ll play a significant part for one of the stories if they’re being thrown into the mix in the first episode.
