Even though production is underway on the “Crisis on Infinite Earths” crossover which will air this December and January on The CW’s DC superhero shows, there are still RUMORS surfacing about even more cameos. These are the rumor-iest rumors so far, so they’re probably not true. First up, it is rumored that Justin Hartley will pop up. Hartley played Oliver Queen/Green Arrow on ‘Smallville’ off and on for five series. However, Hartley also starred as Arthur “A.C.” Curry on the pilot for ‘Aquaman’, but he is better known for playing Green Arrow, as ‘Aquaman’ wasn’t picked up to series, although the pilot was made available on iTunes and released as a bonus disc with some season boxed sets of ‘Smallville’ and other DC TV shows.

Hartley has gone on to greater success and recognition on NBC’s ‘This Is Us’ which is currently in production and films in Los Angeles. The Arrowverse shows film in Vancouver. That’s not to say that Hartley couldn’t slip away for a weekend or something, but it’s an obstacle, nonetheless.
That brings up to big fat rumor #2, that the ‘Titans’ will appear. ‘Titans’ is the flagship series on the DC Universe streaming service and clearly takes place in a reality that is different from the Arrowverse. This rumor, reported by Heroic Hollywood, is that only a couple of characters will appear and would be shown in their headquarters, Titans Tower.
If that is the case, then this could be possible, as the cast and crew of ‘Titans’ could easily toss together a quick scene that the Arrowverse team could splice in. But this remains a strict RUMOR at this point.
One interesting cameo could be that of Alan Ritchson. He recurs as Hank Hall/Hawk on ‘Titans’, but before that, he popped up on ‘Smallville’ as Arthur “A.C.” Curry/Aquaman. He was not considered for the role of A.C. in the ‘Aquaman’ pilot, because the shows’ creators Al Gough and Miles Millar didn’t intend for ‘Aquaman’ to be a spin-off of ‘Smallville’.
It should be noted that there isn’t an Aquaman in the Arrowverse, that we know of yet.
To be honest, I think we know all of the cameos in “Crisis on Infinite Earths” at this point, unless the creators are keeping a few under wraps as surprises.
‘Smallville’ stars Tom Welling and Erica Durance will return as their versions of Clark Kent and Lois Lane. Longtime Batman voice actor, Kevin Conroy will play a futuristic version of Bruce Wayne (possibly from the ‘Batman Beyond’ timeline). John Wesley Shipp will appear as the Barry Allen/The Flash of Earth-90, based on the 1991-92 ‘Flash’ TV series, while Burt Ward, Robin from the 1960s ‘Batman’ TV series, plays an older version of that character; and Ashley Scott will reprise her role as Helena Kyle (Wayne), The Huntress from the 2002 series ‘Birds of Prey’. The CW is reportedly courting Lynda Carter from the ’70s ‘Wonder Woman’ series.
“Crisis on Infinite Earths” kicks off on the Sunday, Dec. 8th episode of ‘Supergirl’ at 8 pm EST (special time), and continues on Monday, Dec. 9th on ‘Batwoman’ (special night), and Tuesday, Dec. 10 on ‘The Flash’. It will conclude on ‘Arrow’ on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 8pm (special time), and ‘Legends of Tomorrow’ on Tuesday, Jan. 14 at 9 pm (special episode).
